The cost of getting a plane ticket to Europe from the UAE will be $150 per person, according to a new study from the University of Southern California’s College of Engineering.

    The study, published in the journal Transportation Research Part B, found that a single person will have to pay about $3,500 to fly from the U.S. to Rome, for example, with an average fare of about $1,500 per person.

    If the person were to use the same credit card as a passenger on a plane, the average cost would be $3.2 million.

    A person could theoretically avoid paying for a ticket for one person by using a prepaid airline ticket or using a cheaper international fare.

    The new study also found that passengers who use an online reservation system can save on fees.
